Secure Remote Session

We ship our dedicated CyberGuard device to you. Plug in your child’s phone (or use the provided setup). We connect remotely via secure internet link (no complex software on your end). Using professional forensic tools, we extract messages, calls, apps, timestamps, geodata — including deleted content where possible. You can watch live if desired.

Receive Your Confidential Report

We organize everything into a clear folder/PDF: bullying indicators highlighted, deleted harassing messages recovered, suspicious activity flagged. All data is uploaded to a USB Drive which is yours to review. We permanently delete all copies from our systems after you receive the report and return the device.

By booking, you confirm:

This service is NOT:

🚫 For court, legal proceedings, divorce, custody, or any official use

🚫 Chain-of-custody preserved (remote forensic extraction)

🚫 A substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or law enforcement

Mandatory Reporting:

We are required by law to report any evidence of child harm, abuse, self-harm, exploitation, or imminent danger to the appropriate authorities (including NCMEC if applicable).

All data is permanently deleted from our systems immediately after you download your report. Nothing is stored, shared, or retained.

What age must my child be?

Under 18. Service is for minors under parental authority only.

Do I need my child’s permission?

You must have legal parental rights to the device. We recommend open, supportive conversations with your child when appropriate.

Is this completely private?

Yes. We use secure screen-share only. No data is stored or shared. Everything is deleted immediately after your session.

Can this be used in court?

No. This is a remote safety scan for personal parental knowledge only. We do not provide court-admissible evidence or documentation.

Do I need to install anything?

No — we will send you our Cyberguard device which all you need to do is plug it into your internet, and then plug in the mobile device you wish to scan. Once connected we will remotely access the Cyberguard device to process the scan and upload to a USB Drive which is yours to review.

How long does a session take?

Usually 20–45 minutes.

What if my setup doesn’t work?

We start with a quick test. If something’s missing (cable, browser, etc.), we’ll let you know right away. You can reschedule or get your $499 deposit refunded.
